Who We Are,
What started in 2025 nestled in the small-town of Limerick Maine, HS Homestead & Transport aims to provide quality care and compassion to every animal we transport. With over 20 years of experience between livestock and transport service, we decided to combine the two together into one small family run business. We move everything from horses, cattle, goats, sheep, pigs etc. We enjoy what we do, we love each and every one of our customers and the animals we carry, who have entrusted in us to care for their precious livestock as if they were our very own.
We offer great rates along with multi animal and veteran discounts. While offering transport services across the entire lower 48, we also offer local farm to butcher, farm to vets, farm to shows, and farm rescues!

Corey shipped my mare last minute after a different company canceled. He is great at communicating and the trailer was flawless. Absolutely will use him for future shipping needs. Very much appreciate the hard work and last minute step in!

I can not express how amazing Corey and Leeann are! We decided to move from NH to Florida with a horse,4 goats and a pig. Fun fact is our horse is terrified of pigs. I messaged them every day about something and they reassured me every time.
They made sure all my animals got to Florida safely and sent me updates the entire time. I literally could write a book about how much I would recommend them.
I am so thankful for them and honestly don’t know if I would have been able to move my animals without them.
We had 2 horses transported from Ocala to AZ. I was concerned that this would be a problem since they were coming from Maine, but nope, not a problem at all!. I was so impressed by their customer service. You just don't expect it to be this good anymore. I was so impressed. They showed up when they said they would. They took the extras we left behind. Most importantly they took care of the horses all along the way and updated us frequently. I would not hesitate to call them. If you need your horses transported... these are your guys! Thank you for all you did, we appreciated it so much!!!
Leann and Corey are awesome! There were so many unknowns in my delivery and they handled it with patience, kindness, and support. I was so nervous and Leann gave me updates and pictures and reassurance. I’m so grateful to them for giving my new girls a safe delivery. I highly, highly recommend their services and would absolutely use them again :)
